A Toronto waterfront walk from Music Garden to Sugar Beach
Follow Queens Quay east between four waterfront stops, using the lakeside paths where available and the sidewalk to connect them. Shorten the route at Harbourfront Centre when you want a smaller outing.

For a downtown Toronto waterfront walk, start at the Toronto Music Garden and work east through HTO Park and Harbourfront Centre, finishing at Canada’s Sugar Beach. The route combines gardens, harbour views and places to sit without needing a ferry ticket or a full-day commitment.
Use Queens Quay as the connecting spine and turn towards the water at each stop. Do not assume every dock edge connects to the next one: where a slip, private area or closure interrupts the shoreline, return to the public sidewalk. This is a suggested sequence of places to explore, with room to pause or leave early, rather than a timed fitness route.
